    May, June, July and August were fun. Didn't quite make my August goal, so I'm recommitted for September!
    Five pounds down by the end of September; 400 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day.

    Sounds awesome! My general goal is to do 60 min a day (420 min), but I have been busy and stressed, so I scaled down to just moving it daily...Let's see if I can remember last week:

    Monday: Walk 50 min
    Tuesday: Walk 60 min
    Wednesday: Yoga Pilates Fusion 40 min
    Thursday: Lap Dance and Hip Hop 50 min
    Friday: Pilates Cardio Burn 40 min
    Saturday: Boxing and Tai Chi 65 min
    Sunday: Pilates 37 min

    Total: 342 min
  • On to Week #2 - September 10th- Goal 180 minutes

    Mon:
    Tue: 20 min 30ds level 3 + 90 min push mowing = 110 min
    Wed: 20 min 30ds level 3 = 20 min
    Thu:

    There is no one way to do this. It is all in preference. Either way you have to go back to your previous post. You can go to My Topics to find it or you can go to your profile page and view your most recent posts if you do not want to view other posts. I don't copy mines. I hit "quote" and then erase the quote brackets before and at the end and I add my information.
    2. Is there a quicker way to find my last post with scrolling through all the posts?
    I am not sure if above is quicker. None of it should take more than 2 to 3 minutes. :wink: If you mean an easier way. :ohwell: Possible, but again it is about preferences.
