could you post the recipe for the pumpkin spice muffins? how big of a can of pumpkin and how long do you bake them?
Most of these types of recipes you go by the directions on the cake mix box for baking-so whatever the mix says for temp and time. The can is probably your standard can size-around 16oz maybe if you're in the US.
HAHAH these are CHEATER pumpkin muffins and completely VEGAN! Just a 15 oz can of pumpkin and a standard spice cake. Mix these together until completely moist. Line your cupcake pan with liners and fill. Fill them all the way up do not use a second pan. Cook at 350 for 18-20 minutes. You can add spices if you want or banana/chocolate chips etc. even a different cake mix.
Super easy. Super moist.
I use this recipe with triple chocolate cake mix for yummy chocolate muffins. Very moist very chocolatey.0 -

I make a pumpkin pie protein shake...
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk (any kind)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup lite cool whip (optional)
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes

I've made these with spice, chocolate, and vanilla cake. They are great. Just don't add any water. No one knows they have pumpkin in them.0

Spicy pumpkin soup!
1 large onion chopped
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 15 oz cans pumpkin
6 cups chicken broth (I use my homemade stock so there is no added salt)
1/4 tsp. cayanne pepper
salt, pepper to taste
Saute onion in butter, when soft add the pumpkin and the broth...use your own judgement on the broth you may need it all or not...depends on how thick you want your soup! Simmer about 30 minutes, stir in the cayanne pepper and then I always add a dash of salt and pepper...and enjoy...so simple and I love it! If you can spare the calories it's great with about a Tbsp of heavy cream or a dollop of sour cream mixed in.
I got 7 2-cup servings from this - 145 calories per serving!!0 -
I hate that we do not have canned pumpkin here, I love it. Supermarkets don't even really stock pumpkin until October time0

I eat this delicious recipe called "pumkin fluff" It has a whole tub of fat free cool whip, a sugar free vanilla instant pudding packet and a can of pumkin. It is yummy. It tastes like pumpkin pudding.

Pumpkin smoothie!
1 Cup - Very Vanilla Silk Milk
1 Cup - canned pumpkin
3/4 C. Ice
1 "serving" of Vanilla protein powder
Throw this in a blender and you'll be a happy camper all day! Makes about 20 oz or a little over 2 10oz drinks. Enjoy!0 -
