I won't be around tomorrow so my weigh in is 159. that is a 1 pound loss for me since last week. I have not been able to do the workout challange because I have been sick all week but I have gotten all my water in everyday.:drinker:0

did good last night at Pop's bday.. I only went over 18 cal's for the day and today when I weighted I was only up .4........
I will weigh in tomorrow.. My fingers are crossed!!!!!!
I have gotten my 80 oz of water in everyday so far. and I am up to 2 hours 15 mins of exercise... Just over an hour left. I think I can get that in by the end of tomorrow..

I didn't do so good today. We got snow and I had to shovel sidewalks. That's the only exercise I did today and I didn't know how to record it. So, I logged it as gardeing. My food wasn't good either. A friend got me mixed nuts for a gift. A love them and ate like crazy. Later I took the remainder over to the senior center. I know they will enjoy them. Tomorrow is weigh in. I'm scared to see the results. I'll get some exercise in tomorrow. Happy New Year to you all.0

I don't actually think I gained .5 lbs but since that's the first reading I received today I'm going to record it. I feel so optimistic about this NEW YEAR. I did exercise yesterday but will chill out today because the gym is closed, its' too cold to walk outside and I've done the dvds. My plan is to attend kickboxing tomorrow at the gym. I usually get a great workout from that class.

I am excited by my weighin, some of my work this week paid off! I've been drinking my water and getting more exercise. What should we do for a challenge this week?0 -
I weighed in today as per the challenge. I only lost 1.6 lbs, but it's a loss. Today I tried to ride my stationary bike and the pedal fell off. I will get out a CD and do some aerobics. I hope everyone is doing good on the challenge. Happy New Year0

Lost my Christmas gain and an extra lb besides! Been doing the 30 Day Shred religiously since getting back from vacation, plus chugging the water and keeping my diet in check. Yesterday I was off from work and did about 4 hours of housework, which was great in many ways.What a way to start off the New Year!!

I've been watching what I eat this holiday season with some exception to chocolate . . . the good news is that I haven't gained too much, the down size is that I haven't really lost either. So here's to the new year and a new me! I'm not one for resolutions because I'm horrible at following through, but I'm going to do things differently this year. Discipline. Health. Happiness is what my list consists of.

Hi annerssju, I am right there along side you. We can do this. It is right around 7 lbs a month. Really not bad when you think about it. Together we are sure to be able to make 145 in May!!0 -

I'm glad to see so many people joining the May Day challenge. We can do it ladies, May is only 4 months away and will be here before we realize it. Let's stay focused. My workout is complete for today. I walked on the treadmill (3.5 incline & speed 3.5-3.7) for 30 minutes and then headed to kickboxing class for 45 minutes. When it was all said and done I had burned over 600 calories.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this week's challenge? I really like the weekly challenges b/c it makes me accountable and focused. Anyone can throw out suggestions.

I'm still trying to get up to exercising 5 days a week. We could up exercising to 6 days a week. Or maybe say to go on a walk everyday.0

The holidays were a challenge, but I'm back on track. I'm planning on at least 3 1/2 hours of exercise per week. I'm planning my meals the day ahead. It takes a while to do, though. Any hints for speeding up the process?
