A handful of almonds so far because I haven’t had a chance to run out to the store in my office building yet to get some fruit.

8 to 10 cups.

Almonds. Veggies. Red wine. The occasional cookie.

800- 1400 depending on the day. I don’t always eat back my exercise calories so I usually net around 600. I know I need to eat more but honestly, I’m losing like 2 lbs a week consistently, never hungry, never under on vital nutrients, never tired and feeling better than ever so I’ll add net calories when that changes.

This might sound a touch strange but I am. The thing that inspires me the most is looking at my modeling pictures from earlier this year and wanting to be that size again. It makes me work my butt off. I still have about 20 lbs to go but I’m getting there.0 -

I really don’t snack. If I’m starving and need to get by to the next meal I’ll have ½ ounce of almonds, but that’s pretty rare

It changes every day. The café where I work is awesome and makes great, healthy food w/fresh and often local and organic ingredients, so whatever looks good.

Right now it’s a friend of mine. She’s been obese for as long as I’ve known her (15ish years). She has had weight loss surgery once and gained it all back. But she still keeps trying. She doesn’t give up. She works out harder than anyone I know. If something isn’t working she tries something else. And she keeps on trying. That’s all you can do. Keep at it.0 -

2. How much water do you drink per day? A lot. At least 96 ounces if not more. I pretty much only drink water (and my one cup of coffee, can't go without that!)
3. What are your favorite snacks? Trail mix. HUGE sweet & salty snacker.

11. How frequently do you eat out? 1-2 times per week. Depends on the time of year... baseball and hockey season overlap and that usually means eating out more. Hockey playoffs mean eating out more.
