    1. What did you have for breakfast? - A protein shake after my workout on exercise days. Otherwise, I don't eat until I get hungry.

    2. How much water do you drink per day? 10+ cups. I pretty much drink only water.

    5. What do you generally eat for lunch? - Beans, cereal, tuna....I'm a snacker.

    1. What did you have for breakfast? A morningstar corn dog with mustard. Healthy, I know.

    2. How much water do you drink per day? It varies. At least 5 glasses but I try to drink more.

    3. What are your favorite snacks? Chips :/ with any kind of dip. Hummus, salsa, guacamole, bean dip, etc. I also love cereal.

    4. How many calories do you eat per day? Depends on how much exercise I get. Anywhere from 1200-1600.

    5. What do you generally eat for lunch? Umm, my schedule changes constantly so depends. If I'm at work I'll have veggie soup or a veggie club. If I'm home, I'll make a wrap or make a sandwich with a meat substitute.

    6. Favorite body part to train? Don't have a specific, but I am trying to work on my tummy more.

    7. Least favorite body part to train? My arms. They're always so sore after a good workout!

    8. Favorite workout at the moment? The only one I'm doing right now is 30 day shred, so I guess that. I ride my stationary bike too.

    9. What are your "junk food" cravings? Everything! Potato chips, any and all carbs, cheese (which I'm trying to cut out completely).

    10. Do you take vitamins or supplements? If so, which ones? I take mega ultra green for women, it's a vegetarian multivitamin. I also take biotin.

    11. How frequently do you eat out? Well, I work in a restaurant so I eat there more often than I should. I need to take my on food more though.

    yes. cinnamon, fish oil, flaxseed oil, b12, b&c complex, d3, calcium, cla... also use glucomannan in my protein shakes to thicken them up and add fiber.

    usually just 1 or 2 times on the weekend, but not every weekend. Pretty much never during the week
