Eat or net? I net 1400-1600 a day. I eat between 1400 and 2400 a day, depending on how much I exercise.

1. What did you have for breakfast? Eggs with ham, bacon, and two kinds of cheese.\
2. How much water do you drink per day? Six glasses, or eight if I'm really thirsty and/or working out with a lot of sweat that day.
3. What are your favorite snacks? Peanut butter with bananas, eggs with spinach, and any sort of protein I can get my hands on. Except beef jerky.
4. How many calories do you eat per day? 2355, and loving it!
5. What do you generally eat for lunch? And leftover form of protein in the fridge, with maybe a vegetable or two.
6. Favorite body part to train? Abs.
7. Least favorite body part to train? Posterior.
8. Favorite workout at the moment. Max Capacity Training (they have a website - look it up!) and running.
9. What are your "junk food" cravings? Umm...oreo cheesecake. Brownie sundaes. Salted caramel frappucinos.
10. Do you take vitamins or supplements? When I can remember (aka, almost never) I take Cooper Complete for young adults.
11. How frequently do you eat out? Almost never. Maybe once a month at a friend's house.
12. Do you have a workout buddy? Not for running, but my little sister joins me in Max Capacity!
13. Do you have a gym membership? Nope, I wish I did though! I would go swimming!

3. What are your favorite snacks? I don't really like snacking, it takes away from what I can eat at sit-down meals.
4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1200, but I'm upping that as soon as I get into weightlifting
5. What do you generally eat for lunch? chicken breast and sauteed veggies, pasta and veggie marinara sauce, or an egg-white omelette with onions and bell peppers

7. Least favorite body part to train? my abs

5. What do you generally eat for lunch? the breakfast I wish I'd eaten that morning: eggs, toast, bacon

7. Least favorite body part to train? the wallet (i need to work on my finacial fitness)
