    Coffee, oatmeal, and an orange. (Normally have an egg, wasn't feeling the egg love today.)

    Around 75 oz.

    Fruit, cheese, yogurt, homemade protein bars, whatever sounds good.

    4. How many calories do you eat per day?
    Around 1800-2000, depending on the workout I do.

    5. What do you generally eat for lunch?
    Leftovers from dinner. A sandwich with some raw veggies.

    6. Favorite body part to train?
    My mind.

    Hmmmm, abs?

    Martial arts

    Rolo McFlurries. Sonic cheddar peppers.

    Prenatal vitamins, calcium/magnesium, potassium (I'm pregnant right now, with leg cramps if I skip my vitamins). I also drink herbal infusions when I can--stinging nettle/red raspberry leaf/oatstraw.

    Every week or two? I dunno.

    1. What did you have for breakfast? Carnation Breakfast Essentials (1 serving), mixed into 1.5 cups of Whole Milk, a Fiber One Oatmeatl and Chocolate Chip granola bar (35% fiber), and a Banana.

    2. How much water do you drink per day? 8 cups a day! (okay, realistically, 4-5 if I can sneak it in.)

    3. What are your favorite snacks? Granola bars or nuts (gotta be flavored, I can't stand bland nuts on their own)

    4. How many calories do you eat per day? Average 1900 - 2000, should be eating more though to keep par.

    5. What do you generally eat for lunch? One serving of a homemade meal (that fits what I need), one apple, and a diet soda.

    2. How much water do you drink per day? As much as possible (8-20 glasses each and every day!)

    3. What are your favorite snacks? Almonds, green bell pepper strips, Peanut or almond butter on a spooooon :)

    Chobani 0% vanilla yogurt w/ blueberries and Zone Chocolate Almond Raisin protein bars

    Not as consistently as I should. I have Nature's Bounty Your Life Women 45+ - contains iron, fish oil & Vit D
