    Chicken and cheese omelette, pineapple greek yogurt.

    3-5 liters (100 - 170 ounces).

    Baby carrots, fruit snacks, popcorn, and rum.

    Eat or net? I net 1400-1600 a day. I eat between 1400 and 2400 a day, depending on how much I exercise.

    Boring, boring lunches. :P Veggies (cukes or carrots or both) and lean protein (roast chicken, low sodium turkey). Sometimes I do salads.

    Core.

    Arms. I have weak noodle arms.

    Squats!

    Ugh, fried foods. Fried chicken with French fries. And burgers. Giant burgers with cheese and sauce.

    I take a one-a-day gummy vitamin every day.

    it varies, i'm usually under my calorie goal every day. I'd say around 1200-1400

    1. What did you have for breakfast? Either oatmeal (steel-cut oats preferred but no one in my family likes it but me so...Instant) On run days I have two whole wheat toast with PB and a banana, always have coffee

    11. How frequently do you eat out? Very rarely, if iwe do go out it's only once during that month otherwise home-cooked tastes so much better! :)

    12. Do you have a workout buddy? During the summer someone trains and encourages/coaches (I make the coaches work pretty hard, not just me!) Rest of the year I'm alone...More efficient that way
