When people say 'pronounciation' as opposed to 'pronunciation'!

Expresso instead of Espresso is another!

It's not so much a pronounciation as a grammatical error. Using the phrase "on tomorrow" or "on yesterday"... as in " The meeting for our club will take palce on tomorrow at 4 o"clock."

People who pronounce their 'a' funny.
Ex: The name Sarah, they'll say "sah-ruh" instead of "sehr-ruh"

Or "tah-ruh" instead of "tehr-ruh" for Tara.

..much of my family is from New York. I haaaaaate the way they pronounce that!

Definitely suposably instead of supposedly. I have a friend who does this. It's not the right word! That word doesn't exist!

Unfortunately, it is in the dictionary as a derivative of supposable. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/supposably

Walmarts...with an s on the end. I hear old folks say it which is cool cause I like the way old people talk. But then I hear others who are not old and I just want to say "It's WalmarT" not walmarts. And ideal in place of idea.

Haha I know someone who says "Best Buys" too... ummm it's only one store!!!

And a lady I work with says garaRge instead of garage... annoying!!!

"Prohib-itation" instead of "Prohibition" (Yes- not a common word but in my line of work, it is.)

    My most common ones are:

    Nucular
Supposably (even though this one is now in the dictionary as a synonym for supposedly)
    Excetera (instead of eTcetera)
    Societal (instead of social)

Societal is a word, although it has a slightly different meaning from "social."

Idear. There is no "R" in the word "idea"

Maybe they should return that R to the "LIBARY!"

    LOL!!!
"Irregardless" drives me bonkers. The word is REGARDLESS.
Ordament for Ornament. Renember for remember. Yes, I hear many adults that say these mis-pronunciations regularly.

I used to work at Walmart, and I once got a check from someone written to "Wall Marks." I died.

    "Heighth and width"

Oh, and I used to work at Subway. You'd never think there would be so many ways to pronounce "chipotle sauce"

Chipoddle was the worst, I think.
