Going back to my Diabetics Detour diet. I wrote all the meal plans down last night. Now today will
be turkey day so I will not be on track for dinner but starting Tuesday I will continue on with that plan.

Did go to Aerobics class on Thursday evening. And, today did back exercises including 40 crunches & planks, too. Also, did push-ups.
Now, if I can just get the dieting back under control... and water increased.

Gee - Looks like I've been MIA!!! Having a baptism party here on Saturday. Husband and I are trying to get some of the rooms painted and the house in order before Saturday. I've been painting like a mad woman... LOL... and cleaning around the house. Not sitting still for sure...
