    I love daily check-ins. My mom was visiting for the past three weeks and I admit I fell off the wagon. Gained a few pounds but am hoping it is mostly water weight. We'll see in a few more days. I was doing Herbal Life but admit I get so darn hungry having nothing but the shakes during the day with a few snacks. I end up eating too much at night then. Today I started out with a big healthy breakfast and we'll see if that makes me feel better.

    What would I have done differently? not let my 11 year old get me in such a tizzy!!! She really knows how to push my buttons :noway:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept the calories low.
    What would I have done differently? Not let my MIL sit in the dressing room with me while I tried on clothes...

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 5 days in a row of step class, 2 days of staying on my nutrition plan
    What would I have done differently? too much chili for lunch - felt sick afterwards, need to not eat when I'm full
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calories and eat in balanace

    Tues - 60 minutes Step - DONE
    Wed - rest
    Thurs - Body pump 60 minutes
    Fri - body step 60 minutes

    Thanks Goldk for starting a new Fall thread. I have been MIA on MFP ... but trying to get back on track starting TODAY!

    No problem! We can do this! I went to my doctor the other day... I started talking to him and he said "that is just an excuse". Sort of a wake up moment for me. Told me to work out 5 days and week and cut the carbs down. I like that fact that he was so blunt! LOL

    Thanks for getting me back here again Goldk! I'm so glad your biopsy wasn't cancer, hopefully you won't be affected by the side-effects of the steroid they put you on ... they have to list lots of possible side-effects but that doesn't mean you will necessarily have them - hopefully not!

    I'm working at 5-6 day a week workouts, and less carbs too. I can do ok for a few days, but have a hard time stringing a good week together, and I'd really like to do well for a whole month and see what happens on the scale!

    winter storage for a tarp to go on.

    Going back to my Diabetics Detour diet. I wrote all the meal plans down last night. Now today will
    be turkey day so I will not be on track for dinner but starting Tuesday I will continue on with that plan.

    Still not fully back into the groove after being out of town.

    Did go to Aerobics class on Thursday evening. And, today did back exercises including 40 crunches & planks, too. Also, did push-ups.

    Now, if I can just get the dieting back under control... and water increased.
