shopping.
What would I have done differently? Do some exericise but it was a crazy day.

What is today's personal goals? Log my calories, check in, and elliptical or a walk - Nice outside today! I know I can burn more on the elliptical but there is something to be said about walking and getting some fresh air on a nice day.
The dermatologist appt went well. Some cream for my autoimmune thingy and no skin cancer. Whew!!! I was a lifeguard (and sun worshiper) for many years w/out sunscreen. I am smarter now...LOL. Anyway - gotta love a doctor that doesn't make you weigh in....LOL

The temp was 77F today and what a beautiful day to go bike riding. I saw a lot people doing
the same thing. Tomorrow more of the same 70F. :bigsmile:
I will be getting my outside exercising done before the temp changes by the end of the week. :ohwell:
