    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? started nutrition class again
    What would I have done differently? not enough protein, too much berries and cream
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calories and eat in balanace, step class tonight

    Mon - 60 minutes Step plus 15 minutes Tabata- DONE
    Tues - rest day
    Wed - 60 minutes Step
    Thurs - 60 minutes body pump
    Fri - 60 minutes body step
    Sat - 60 minutes body step
    Sun - body step 60 minutes

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Yes, until we ate some of the Halloween candy.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Dressed up and handed out candy to the kids.
    What would I have done differently?Probably not had so much chocolate last night. My downfall.

    Monday - Strength training, DVD, 25 mins.
    Tuesday - One hour Pilates, 20 mins biking
    Wednesday- 30 mins. biking (turbo trainer)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? NO CANDY!!!!! and had bad traffic so didn't make it to step, so did body pump instead
    What would I have done differently? bad choice for lunch
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calories and eat in balance, step class at lunchtime today

    What would I have done differently? not go over
    What is today's personal goals? elliptical (Done - I didn't want to go... I went and now I feel great. Amazing how that works), check in and log calories

    What would I have done differently? should have tried hard to find better fast food lunch

    What would I have done differently? Beating myself up today - why can't I do this? I've done it before!! It felt great 30lbs lighter! Why don't I have the desire, motivation, determination (besides being lazy). Did great all day yesterday... went out to my sister in-laws house last night for a home demonstration and 2 glasses of wine, chips, dip, salsa... UGH!! no self control! I printed out this saying - Eat to meet long term goals, not short term satisfaction! Still not mentally there :grumble:

    GoldK: I know how you feel. :sad: I am feeling very frustrated too. I have done this in the past
    many times and can't seem to get it together. I have been exercising everyday and getting a
    sweat one and the scale only drops a few ounces if any. Up and down, up and down.
    I am so sick of being in the 180's. Pretty soon I will have to change my ticker again. :explode:
    What can we do to get this going?


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, but way under calories just over 800 calories.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Yes, but did have 4 mini chocolate bars but they are
    all out of the house now. :drinker:
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did a DVD walking tape and 20 mins on my bike. :bigsmile:
    What would I have done differently? Ate more yesterday to get to at least 1200 calories.
    What is today's personal goals? Eating right, exercising, drinking water

    Checkin' in!

    I feel the same way as you both do...
    I can't seem to get my act together.

    Sorry I've been gone a few days. I am out of town, again. This trip was totally unplanned. A friend's ride fell through & she needed to get to Memphis, TN. Plane flights are terribly expensive in that market, especially last minute. So, I decided to take my dog & drive her in her car to Memphis. It is an 8 hour drive.
    Typically I have to snack to stay awake, but I did NOT snack this time. I didn't log what I ate, but I am pretty certain that I was either at or under in calories. I haven't done as well, the other days, but definitely not going crazy on food like I used to do.

    I have been walking but not long distances. 5-15 minute walks one or two times per day. Also, attended a convention yesterday and today, so plenty of walking there. I will be in Memphis a few more days. I am getting ready to do back exercises & push-ups, now, & plan to do an exercise DVD or attend a Zumba class every other day, starting tomorrow. I brought Leslie Sansone & Turbo Jam DVDs with me. And, if I can find an early morning Zumba or aerobics class, I hope to do a couple of those.

    I have not been very good with food, but nor have I been bad. Meaning, NOT eating non-stop! Have watched the quantities & made wiser choices (salad instead of fries, etc), but did have a few bad snacks. Like potato chips & cashews -- however, I did not eat whole or half a bag, etc. as I used to.

    Now, that I finally had a chance to get computer/internet going... I will try to log in daily.

    I have to start being stronger and saying no to after dinner eating. Its mostly my husband that
    will start this. I usually try to eat nothing and drink water but he always wants something so
    I have to be strong and say no or I am not going to get where I want. :ohwell:
    The other thing I have to do is get an HRM to get my calories on my bike.l

    after dinner while watching TV.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got on my bike 30 mins.
    What would I have done differently? Tracked all my food
    What is today's personal goals? Eating right, exercising, drinking water

    are getting close to making a decision.
    What would I have done differently? I didn't exercise, but probably would have.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? my daughter had an orthodontist appt in the morning... we played hookie and spent the day together shopping and lunch.
    What would I have done differently? ordered something better at lunch. I hate when I eat out and think I am having something somewhat healthy, get home and check 1200 calories... Really? And TONS of sodium!!
    What is today's personal goals? ELLIPTICAL FOR 60 MINS!!!! Heading to Vegas on Sunday... need to burn some calories this week...LOL

    I should have checked in with your girls yesterday ... I was SO feeling the same way that you were last Friday ... I feel like I've been putting in a lot of work exercising, and then ruin it by not controlling my eating. I was very frustrated with the scale yesterday ... but had a good day, so am feeling more positive today.

    By the way, the turbo trainer for my bike when doing 30 mins. indoors is like 60 mins outdoors. :drinker:
