    What would I have done differently? way too many calories at dinner
    What is today's personal goals? stay under calories and eat in balance - no exercise again today

    Thurs - body pump - didn't make it yet, but maybe later?
    Fri - body step 60 minutes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I did walk at the mall and got some started some Christmas
    shopping.
    What would I have done differently? Do some exericise but it was a crazy day.

    Tuesday - One hour Pilates
    Wednesday Bicycle, 10-12mph, 66 mins., 10.7 miles, 366 calories
    Thursday - Mall shopping and did get 5,394 steps in on my pedometer.

    What would I have done differently? at more at breakfast and dinner

    Caught husband's cold, so far just in the sinues and not chest. I did ride my bike today
    it was so beautiful. Sunny and 64F. Good luck this week the new people and the

    What would I have done differently? log everything - I have such a hard time logging when I go out to eat

    What is today's personal goals? Log my calories, check in, and elliptical or a walk - Nice outside today! I know I can burn more on the elliptical but there is something to be said about walking and getting some fresh air on a nice day.

    The dermatologist appt went well. Some cream for my autoimmune thingy and no skin cancer. Whew!!! I was a lifeguard (and sun worshiper) for many years w/out sunscreen. I am smarter now...LOL. Anyway - gotta love a doctor that doesn't make you weigh in....LOL

    The temp was 77F today and what a beautiful day to go bike riding. I saw a lot people doing
    the same thing. Tomorrow more of the same 70F. :bigsmile:
    I will be getting my outside exercising done before the temp changes by the end of the week. :ohwell:

    Goldk: Good to hear everything is alright with dermatologist check up.

    I am now using my turbo trainer with my outdoors bike, indoors. My calculator would have
    to be changed so I am just going to leave it. So I will be calculating my calories with
    the calories from my recumbent bike or stationery bike. I can only calculate time on
    this new trainer. I would have to get an HRM and I don't know if I want to put out the
    money for that. I guess the end result is getting the work out in that's what is important.
