I always make Hawaiian chicken the in the crock. I put 3 or 4 chicken breasts in (I usually use frozen and start it in the morning, but you can use fresh too, it just cooks quicker and has less water in the crock). Pour on one large can of crushed pineapple (look for it in pineapple juice NOT in syrup) and one bottle of some type of honey BBQ sauce. Set it on low for about 6 hours (high for 4) If they are frozen go on high for 6 hours. I like to shred my chicken in the crock and throw some rice in for the last 30 minutes to soak up some of the water but you could also eat them whole. I guess I need to figure out how good for you it actually is, but it's rather easy to make and it tastes great!0

Check out Skinnytaste.com. I made a crock pot 3 bean chili last week that was awesome! All of the foods on the website are reduced calorie.0

My favorite recipe is so easy it's ridiculous. I put 2 chicken breasts, bone in, skin removed if you want, in the crock pot. I pour a half a bottle of prepared marinade (watch the sugar and fat, I use a generic barbecue sauce) and set on low for up to 8 hours. (It can be eaten in 4 hours if need be.) Add any seasonings you want as well, such as hot sauce, salt and pepper, garlic, etc. But just the marinade works great. Takes just a minute to make and the meat is falling off the bone!0

When I was doing WW someone gave me about 100 crockpot recipes. I can email it to you or if there is a way on here to send it to you. Not sure.0

I just made potato soup last night and it was wonderful!
5 lbs potatoes cut into quarters with peel on
4 cups chicken stock
1 onion chopped
cook in crock pot on high for 5 hours or low for 10. Once done add 16 oz of creme cheese ( 1/3 less fat works great) and blend until creamy. You can add rosemary, bacon, chives, and cheddar cheese for garnish.0 -
Here's a really delicious vegetarian spinach and lentil dahl recipe from food.com. I didn't have all the spices and it still tasted delicious.
