I make a yummy beef stew in my crockpot which is a little different then the norm...Ingredients below.

1 large bottle of V8 juice
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    Beef stew meet
    baby carrots
    potatos
really any other veggies you want to add in. I always add lima beans, corn, and peas along with the carrots and potatos.

The meat I dip in flour and then saute in a pan that has been lightly covered in olive oil. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 depending on how big your potato chunks are.
