    I just figured the hooking up part was just a way to burn more calories and help you reach your goals, whatever those might be, lol.

    LMAO I actually had someone on my FL put that as their work out one day!!

    Shoot I am starting to feel like I am getting sexy enough to flirt. I think however, I have missed the boat. I may need retraining lol

    Haven't "hooked up" with anyone but hell. I've lost almost 30lbs, I can see my feet again, and that my stilettos fit without the foot spillage. If I can get a little flirt action and continue building confidence, ya darn I'm participating!

    I'm sure for some folk it is. Not for me personally although I am building up some new online buddies, I am married so it will never be anything more. Having said that, I met my hubby on Myspace (remember that?? lol) so although not a dating site, it was online.

    Not all of the flirty talk is headed for a hook up. It is a SOCIAL site. We flirt, we are silly, we attempt being witty and some even succeed.

    I mean I've only hooked up with like 2/3 of the people I flirt with. Who has time to hook up with them all...

    I used to think it was juvenile, but, after a while, I changed my mind and I've made many more wonderful friends AND I'm having more fun here AND MOTIVATION as a result.

    So, with that said:
