    i am absolutely NOT a fan of rugburn from hair anywhere, haha
    but yes, i would assume body hair rugburn would at least be third base... unless your chest has more hare than an Italian stallion... then it could be first base. but if it's coarse enough to destroy my grapefruit, then i'm running away...
