Hi I like a meal that is large but is low calorie and has great nutrition.

    Protein oatmeal 300 cals
1/3 cup quick oats (cooked in water)
1/2 cup of berries (Fresh or frozen)
    1 Tbs chopped walnuts
1 scoop protein powder (i like vanilla or berry)
Mix together once oatmeals cooked.Very filling

Chocolate banana oatmeal 300 cals( if you use protein powder will be a little more)

    1/3 cup oatmeal
1 cup almond milk unsweetend (can use skim milk)
    1 banana chopped
1 Tbls cocoa powder (you could use choc protein powder)
optional stevia or other desired sweetner ( I find i dont need it)
Cook all together on medium heat. Banana will break apart while cooking.
Its like dessert for breakfast without the guilt

3 ounces of Greek Yoghurt 2% fat
    a handfull of müsli
and a small handfull of blueberries or any berries available
and a small spoon of (liquid) honey or maple syrup. It'll seam like a desert instead of a meal. :) it's around 300-400 kcal.

1/2 cup oatmeal made with either water or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
some stevia and vanilla extract in the yogurt with a little cinnamon
sprinkle some cinnamon and 2 TBSP sugar free syrup in the oatmeal
    layer yogurt on oatmeal
some cut up fruit (strawberries or blueberries to keep it low cal)
sprinkle more cinnamon, drizzle 2 more tbsp syrup

    presto, DELICIOUS AND filling!!!

1/2 scoop of vanila protein powder puts you slightly above 300 (like 320 or something) but worth it

1 scoop of whey (circa 130 calories)
43g of oats (circa 270 calories).

Water in both separately and then cinnamon and calorie free sugar to sweeten.

I do egg-white omelettes. You can do a huge one filled with veggies and even some cheese and still keep it under 300 calories. I cheat a little and buy cartons of egg whites from the store. If I had to take the time to separate them, I wouldn't do it! :-)

I fry one egg mixed with 1tbs of green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms and onions. It makes a min omelette. I put that omelette in an English muffin and eat it with 1tbs of ketchup. Its just under 300 calories, is super filling and keeps me satisfied for hours. Its also a good way to sneak in some extra veggies.

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of break-free eggs (a.k.a, egg substitute) scrambled, with a whole wheat or multigrain sandwich thin with a tablespoon of nut butter.

You can look at my diary--this is routinely my lunch, rarely gets above 300 (even if I increases portions) and fills me up for HOURS.
