Good Morning,
When I started in March I was wearing between a 20-22 Womens and now I am wearing a size 14 but I put on a pair of 14's yesterday and they are too big and I'm not done yet!0 -
It's amazing how people can lose such vastly different amounts of weight and be such different sizes after losing it. I've read through this thread and see women who've gone from a size 20/22 down to a size 10 by losing 70 lbs or someone who's lost 90 lbs. and only dropped from a size 22/24 down to a 16! That goes to show that clothing size is very subjective and our bodies do a lot of interesting recomposition things as we lose weight and increase our health and fitness.
I, personally, have lost 94 lbs. and gone from a 26W down to a tight 16W (mostly 18s but theyre way baggy!)

I was a 26/28 at 334 lbs, 8 years ago. I've had some ups and downs with weight loss, but I'm just under 140 lbs now and a size 4/6. I can never figure out how to post pics on here, but they're all in my profile.0

I started as a 26/28 and I'm a size 12 now. 8/10 is my goal.0

I'm an 18, I started as a 24. My goal is a 12.
Why?
Because I have a large frame. And I'm slightly realsitic in that sense. Plus, I may go up a little, because I want to bulk up in the muscle depo.0 -
size 20 to size 4-5 pants and med-small tops depending on cut. check my profile photos0

I'm 5'11" and was a tight size 24 when I began at 332 pounds. I am currently 216 pounds and can comfortably wear a size 14. Looking to get to 175 pounds and a size 10/12.
ETA: There are pics on my profile.0 -
I went from a 28 to a 16 and, like you, am shooting for around size 8. We can TOTALLY do this! :-)

I agree with the statement that was made earlier about getting into weight lifting. Even though it might not change the number on the scale, it WILL change your body! You can have a person weigh 150 pounds at 40% body fat that looks COMPLETELY different from someone at the same weight with 20% body fat. (Just like another poster said on this forum)
Read Lorina's story.... extremely inspirational and has lots of pictures. It will (hopefully) change your mind about weight lifting.
