    Tues: 1760 KCals by Cardio Exercises(30 mins on Elliptical Trainer-16th highest level, 30 mins walk on Treadmill-16 deg high inclined @ 6.5Kmph, 30 mins on Stationary Cycle-20th high level resistance)....

    Wed: Dushera-Indian Holiday...........No Gym workout...........walked for 1.5Kms but not logging though.............no worry can finish the target in few days........good news my palm injury is heeling quick.....

    I acheived over 4400 even with a Sunday day of rest. I was able to have leisurely walks with my Fiance, 3 different early evenings, which helped me attain the 4400 calories burned goal
