    If it was a leg day the day before...I sit. If I'm tired, I sit. Sometimes you dont even know what it's going to be...so sitting is a safe choice...

    Also, sometimes in the umm morning...then position is quite important. *cough*

    I'll answer on behalf of my DH. He normally pees standing up, but will sit down if it will give him a break from DOMS, is the middle of the night (infrequent), or if he's watching TV because you can see the TV from our downstairs bathroom when sitting down.
