    Great job everyone!! I'm proud of those of us who stuck with the challenge... GREAT JOB CHOCOlickkyss!! You were my inspiration throughout this challenge... seeing your daily exercise entries pushed me to get my butt to the gym! I still have 20 lbs to go to my overall goal weight but for this challenge I've lost 25 lbs! WOW

    I look forward to seeing your weigh-ins! Be proud of yourself today and all of your accomplishments!!

    I'm glad I can inspire you b/c this site has definitely pushed me to limits beyond my belief. I'm so glad I got introduced to this site and found this challenge. Great job w/taking off 25 lbs in 4 months. I have no doubt that you'll succeed at getting the last 20 off.

    wow- as of this week i've been dieting 8 mos and have lost a total of 110 lbs. i cannot believe how much it has changed everything. i'm happier, healthier, i have more energy (and i'm not done) it can only get better from here forward.

    My final report: I am stuck in the plateau of the century, but still hanging in there. However, even though I have only lost 5 pounds since we started this, I have lost a total of 4 inches off of my measurements, gone from morbidly obese to simply obese, and made many of my fitness goals. I still feel that my efforts are paying off, and will never never never give up!
