    Had to do it. Never did reach Knight over there. Was GURU forever. Great to see all these familiar faces. Really looks like a great site.

    And we got about 24 inches of snow last night and today.

    I had to shovel for two hours. My hubby was out there for 3. Ugh. But we were able to escape from the house and go to the grocery store for the storm-important whites (bread, milk, toilet paper) And yes, we did wait until after the storm hit and we shoveled to go for those necessities!     it looks like we're supposed to get some next wednesday and thursday, but we'll see. i don't know what it would take to get us shut down, though. there are always people who are out in the worst of it around here.

    i do think it's funny that roger and i, the new england dwellers, haven't been getting any. i barely have any covering the ground. except that it's cold, it may as well not be winter.

    ah, that does it. if you hit "quote" (in the post) it puts the original post in the darker blue box. that's kinda cool, actually. so you know what you're referring to.

    you do have to go outside the [ / quote] in order for your post to not be in the quote, though.

    The first quote starts your quote of the message the second quote closes it. You can snip a piece of what you want to quote by going between the quotes and taking out the portion you do not want. Then you type your reply after the second quote.
