@MyM0wM0w, ya' know, I thought that I did change that so that everyone could see my recipe box, but I find that I MUST make my entire Food Diary public, so try again please and let me know what you think
There are loads of stuff on my MFP that is not working the way that it's suppose to.
I sent an email to the admin-type-folks, I hope that these issues can be resolved soon.

Is it just me or does it take you to your own recipe page when someone links a recipe from theirs? Every one of these I"ve clicked on takes me to my own recipe page, which is less than helpful.
LOL. At first I was like, look, she has the same beef and brocolli recipe as me. Then I saw my favourite fish curry recipe. And then I clued in. :embarrassed:0 -

Egg white omelet with baby spinach and extra sharp cheddar cheese, topped with southwest salsa and plum tomatoes and onion. Natural turkey sausage as well! Very filling at only 288 cal.

350 calories. Bread 200, cheese 40 (I used the ultra-thin Sargento cheese), turkey 100, tzatziki 30, veggies 20. The meal was 600 calories.

Roast lamb, I have it with non starchy vegetables and my hubs and children have roast potatoes and gravy.
I eat low carb, dairy free, and mainly gluten free.
