I am OBSESSED with nosoya pasta zero shirataki speghetti. They’re the only brand of shirataki that I’ve come across that look and taste similar to traditional flour noodles. I think it’s because they’re made with potato starch and chickpea flour. They have no smell either. This is what they look like"

    Is this pasta-like brand expensive?

Yeah they’re a little pricey @bvff35 A 8 ounce bag at weis market is 3 bucks. At Walmart they’re slightly cheaper. I think they were priced at $2.79 the last time I went.

I purchased these today and tried them. They will definitely will take some getting used to but they are better than other brands I've tried. Thank you so much for recommending them!

Some ice cream and energy/protein bars. I haven't been terribly impressed with the protein bars I've tried as of late, but I have to admit these Clif ones are very good (much better than their other coated protein ones). Very tasty.

80ca06iufihf.jpg Really enjoy this thread....such a variety of food with all the different dietary approaches. Tonight, Liver, with bacon and onions. I know some don't care for this stuff, and I am the only one who eats it in my house. Yet it happens, on purpose.
