First attempt at scones (blueberry-rosemary) for dessert tonight. They’re not as pretty as a bakery’s, but they're sweet calorie bombs of carby goodness. 🤤7 -
I made Alistair Little's salade Nicoise recipe. Unfortunately I overcooked both the tuna steaks and eggs.

Very close Tomek! I used leftover pizza dough and filled them with fresh minced garlic, butter and parsley. Sometimes I fill them with Mozzarella, garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes.

Sunday roast of beef silverside cooked sous vide and reverse seared in a pre-heated air fryer. The sous vide is great for dealing with lesser cuts of meat. Hasselback potatoes, roast carrots and sauteed green beans with shallots. Onion gravy.

Lunch: roasted Root veggies and seventies salad
Dinner: cauliflower hot wings(had no idea bbq sauce was so easy to make!), satay tempeh, beets, & grilled zucchini medalions with hummus
Dessert: my sister made THE BEST cinnamon rolls I’ve ever tasted with sourdough and kefir. I’m so glad she only made a half batch or I’d be sneaking down right now to grab another!!!

Spatchcock chicken roasted with potatoes and carrots. The hubby made sauteed spinach while the chicken was resting and being carved. We only served the dark meat tonight. Will make chicken caesar tomorrow with leftovers. Maybe chicken nicoise, bang bang chicken or avgolemono soup to use the last of the chicken after that.

@just_Tomek if you're fasting for Ramadan, then Ramadan Mubarak! If you're fasting for an IF protocol, I still salute you. Your meals would definitely make fasting for any reason worth it.3
