Tonight's dinner...
My homemade Chicken & Steak Fajita Bowl mixed w/grilled pablanos and mushrooms, topped with cheese, salsa and a Salsa Verde Avocado dressing... all nestled in a crisp tortilla shell
Made the tortilla shell using a low carb tortilla (11g carb/6g fiber), not fried, but instead shaped and crisped in the microwave
Healthy never tasted so good!

Light Fit Dannon 80 cal yogurt - Can add a little granola
1 fruit roll up is 50 cal
Broth - Plain simple - fills stomach
Baby Carrots - Very Low Cal (good for werk)

Variety of Food in Meals for satisfaction
(tonigh : a little corn meal, little chicken, little left omlet, some decaf, carrots .... a little cake )
If your gonna expend your calorie ration might as well walk away satisfied (which is why I eat aloot of suishi)

I've been trying to get creative when it comes to using up some leftover pulled pork. Baked Pulled Pork Egg Rolls. Don't let the non-golden brown color fool you. They were quite crunchy and very good. Also only 69 calories a piece.

Oven baked salmon fillet, tomato and chilli cous cous, broccoli, courgette and sprouts. 556kcal.

My lunch today was grilled chicken breast strips, tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar reduction, and roasted veggies with a touch of olive oil and lots of red pepper flakes, garlic powder and a bit of salt. SOOOOOO full of flavor!

I shave a few calories here and there off the rest of the days of the week to add to Fridays. This Friday it helped me use up some left over pulled pork via bbq nachos. I love these suckers. lol

Dinner last night - 6oz turkey burgers on the george foreman grill - 99% lean ground turkey with chopped mushrooms, broccoli slaw, onions. 7oz petite potatos sliced and tossed with 1/2 tbsp garlic rosemary olive oil and 1/2 tbsp truffle oil. Chives. Garlic powder. Baked at 350 for about 40 minutes until crisped. Spinach. So good!
