Was at someone else's house for lunch, so I had to improvise and fix something from their fridge that still fell within my goals... so I managed this LOL Gotta say though, it was pretty dang tasty!!
Toasted bread topped with Melted Cheese, Bacon Crumbles and 3 "Soft" Boiled Eggs
Cal 380, Carbs 14g, Protein 26g, Fat 24g
I love being able to improvise and still eat well
And yes, I like the yolks runny and love'me some pepper, as you can tell LOL

what is the recipe for the panko crusted chicken? I'm not familiar with panko? Also did you fry the potatos? They look incredible. How many calories is the chicken and the potatos. This plate looks incredible~

Doubt you'll get an answer to that. Last post by hamncheese67 was not too long after the images you quoted, way back in July 2013. Pretty certain they haven't been active for years. That being said, panko is merely Japanese-style breadcrumb. Here's a link to a panko crusted chicken breast recipe from a low calorie website:
