    Omg this is crazy amazing!! So much respect for your dedication!!! So inspiring :)

    You could try doing HIIT / interval training! They raise your heartrate and for me it improved my strength and fitness level a lot!
    You could do them running (treadmill or track), elliptical or any form of cardio! I think stairs are good too! You could also do home workouts!

    This is from my friend @rjsharpie: HIIT 4 - 45 sec on - 45 sec rest 5 X Kettle ball squats on half ball with 20lb dumbbell 5 X Burpie Push ups 5 X Shoulders front lateral raise followed by cable flies 5 X Shoulders rear delt extensions followed by shrugs 3 X 8 Dips with Roman chair scissors 45 degree mason twist Swiss ball crunch with medicine ball reach Side bends

    I think he'd be a good person to ask about fitness since he seems to be exercising a lot and is a male so probably able to relate better!!
