YAY  Cris CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooooooo excited for you!!!!!!!! and happy belated birthday!!!! What an exciting weekend for you:flowerforyou:

A lot has happened since I posted yesterday. I am trying to remember everything.

Lstpaul, congrats on that scale moving in the right direction.

bluenote, DO NOT be discouraged I think mstahl is right about maybe being a little full of it. Nice going on the nails it does make you feel pretty.

littlespy woo hoo on those little pants. Size 14 are such a normal woman size I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jess good job on the wii fit and lack of snacking/

Okay today was my cousins 40th birthday!!! Her husband wanted us to all meet at olive garden and surprise her. We did my mother who so wants me to lose weight kept saying oh get this, (not her fault) but anyways ate waaaaaay tooooooooo much and then even had a pc. of cake. It took for ever for the birthday girl to get there so we ate a meal of bread sticks waiting, then ate the food and the salad. Anyways not a pretty sight. The old me made an appearance and I was able to eat quite a bit. One thing that was nice everyone kept telling me how nice my hair looked. That made me feel good as I stuffed my face with bread sticks and pasta. lol. All my neices and all my cousins teenagers are offically taller than me. but it was nice to see all the skinny little brats. My sister who introduced me to this site (and weighed 135 pounds when she found it.) Now weighs like 123 and was looking quite skinny as well. I know I am rambling. I come from a family of thin women with big butts:laugh: and I use to be one of those thin women with a big butt and they just reminded me how much I miss it. Help me girls I am going to be 40 in 6 months and I want to look good for my 40th birthday party. I know I won't be skinny in 6 months and I really do not desire to be skinny I just want to be healthy and feel good, of course I would like to look better naked for the sweety I am married to. Well I am done rambling and I will see you all tomorrow.

    Hello All,
WOW, it's been a busy weekend on the boards.
I barely got to log my foods in as I've had guests all weekend and did not get to look at our groups posts until now.

OMG - CONGRATULATIONS to Cris   :smooched: :smooched:
I am sooo happy for you. You started out having such a rotten birthday and well, you couldn't ask for a better ending!!
I know how you are feeling right now as mine popped the question just in December. I was giddy and couldn't stop looking at my ring either. Yay!!!!!
So thank you for passing on the challenge to me, very exciting. I'll put it up in another post so everyone notices. xoxo

Mstahl - I live in Southern NY but we did have similarly beautiful weather and I was so happy to be outside all weekend....finally.
And, LOL, if I have anyone I need tracking down, I WILL hire you to stalk them

    CHALLENGE FOR THIS WEEK

In case you missed it, Cris passed on the honors to me as she was the biggest loser for the past 2 weeks in a row - go Cris :drinker:

So the challenge is to do some Pilates this week.
It can be a class or a DVD or a TV show or something you find on youtube, doesn't matter.
My sister gave me a pilates DVD and I've decided to try it this week and all my friends who do pilates regularly have killer bodies.
It could be really good for all of you who have knee issues as I think lots of the moves are done while lying down.

    Best of luck

Momma - you'll look so much better by your birthday! And remember that the aerobic exercise seems to have the biggest pay-off in both fat loss AND feeling great! I type this as I realize I overslept and I'm not going to get in the elliptical machine before I leave for the gym... but I AM going to get to the gym in time for the spinning class!

BlueNote - yes you can do some Pilates in bed!

Meokk - I'm excited about this challenge - I haven't even thought about pilates in years

Everyone - have a GREAT Monday!

(side note- had stupid hot flashes all night - and soaked my sheets - sooooo gross!)
