I would love to be 175lbs by the Summer. I went from 223lbs to 202lbs. I have 37lbs more to go0

By summer, I'd like to be at my goal weight ^__^ A body fat percentage of around 20-25% would be good. I'll reevaluate along the way!0

i wanna be tone by summer. i would love LOVE to be able to wear a 2 piece. ( i havent wore one for 14 yrs lol ) so thats my goal.0

I want to lose 40 lbs and feel confident in a bikini (for the first time in my life). I don't know if I can achieve that by summer, but confidence is an attitude, and not a weight, so I am working on my confidence as well. :happy:0

I was going to work on my health, but I think I'll just focus on fitness instead. The nurse was "envious" of my numbers at my last checkup this week, so I guess I don't need to work on that anymore, just maintain. So my new goal is to decrease my run time per mile by a minute. Got another half marathon coming up in June...Going to up my weights (keep lifting heavy) but don't want to state a specific goal other than upwards, because I always surprise myself by progressing faster than I think I will. :drinker:0

I would like t lost all my baby weight (she is 2.5?ha ha). That is 25lbs. Then, I want to be somewhere between 130-140 By 40th birthday (march 2014)0

By the beginning of summer, I want to be down 32 pounds. Then I want to spend the summer taking off the last 20. My goal is goal weight by Sept, my birthday month.0

I would love to be under 200lbs. My niece is getting married in June and I would like to look nice in a dress. The plus size dresses are so unflattering. Lose my baby dumpling knees. Right now I wear long dresses and skirts by summer I would like to get my hem line higher. Work out more than I have and eat less if I don't get under 200 I hopefully will be more toned.0

Well I guess I would like to fit into a size 8 pant. I also want to be able to walk comfortably up this MASSIVE and STEEP sand hill in a park near my place. I went last summer with my clients...who are youth...needless to say, it was very embarrassing as I was having to crawl up this hill, and I had to take several breaks. Luckily the youth were very supportive and cheering me on, but still...it was brutal. I hope to get up it no problem this year.
I also want to buy two bikes for me and my boyfriend and learn to ride those in the city. Hopefully find a decent route. OH yeah and I would like to get my dog back in shape...he can barely jump up onto the couch...so yeah.
I would like to be around 180lbs as well...that would be amazing. If i could get there, then 150lbs by New Years 2014.0 -

I would love to get to my goal weight 130 lbs, i'm 151 now and to be able to wear a shorts during the summer and a cute swim suit on my b-day in June. I haven't worn shorts in years because I didn't like my thick legs. I have noticed while I am losing my legs a re still very thick, but as long as I tone up and reach my weight I will rock those shorts!!0

I'm doing a half marathon on June 8, then three weeks later (June 27), I go to Vegas with my whole family. Right now, I weigh 136.5 and I need to be at least 125 lbs (by the race) to make a good time. And by the time I go to Vegas, I want to be 118 - 120 - bikini weight. I think this is realistic and totally doable.0

Totally :-) I have managed 21 pounds in 6 weeks ... and there is still 24 weeks until the start of August. So an average of 1.6 pounds a week will get you there.
