    There were extra sandwiches and pasta in the snack room today. I got a cup and filled it with leafy greens instead, and told myself I'm getting better bang for my buck (figuratively) because salads are just so darn expensive.

    I was strong and didnt eat the doughnut for breakfast that I really wanted. I have had 3 servings of fruit and will have 3 servings of veggies with dinner, I took a walk and I drank 80 ounces of water, For once I am having a great day

    I lost the first 2lbs I have dropped in months this week by upping my calories and protein intake. Also managed to avoid chocolate temptation. Looks like the plateau is lifting.

    Got my butt out of bed early and went to the gym, even though its the weekend and I could have slept in till forever o'clock!
    Also started doing my housework for the weekend, kitchen down everything else to go lol!

    2)powered through my weights and cardio despite being tired and my shoulder killing me
    3) hit my cal and protein goal for the day
    4)made plans for the weekend that will keep me active!
