There were extra sandwiches and pasta in the snack room today. I got a cup and filled it with leafy greens instead, and told myself I'm getting better bang for my buck (figuratively) because salads are just so darn expensive.0

I was strong and didnt eat the doughnut for breakfast that I really wanted. I have had 3 servings of fruit and will have 3 servings of veggies with dinner, I took a walk and I drank 80 ounces of water, For once I am having a great day0

I somehow managed not to piss my fiance off today! ummmm but the day isnt over yet ;-)0

Did not buy girl scout cookies while all my coworkers were.0

Came in under 41 minutes for my three mile walk/run.0

I lost the first 2lbs I have dropped in months this week by upping my calories and protein intake. Also managed to avoid chocolate temptation. Looks like the plateau is lifting.0

I walked on my lunch today even though the temps didnt get out of the 30's today. I am dedicated!!0

Worked out in a studio without air con when it was 37 degrees c0

Got my butt out of bed early and went to the gym, even though its the weekend and I could have slept in till forever o'clock!
Also started doing my housework for the weekend, kitchen down everything else to go lol!0 -
1. Dined on a pretty awesome fajita steak salad.
2. Made a point to try new things in my diet (Today was hummus. Mmmm.)0 -

I DRANK 64 OZ'S OF WATER, I WORKED OUT FOR 45 MINUTES, ATE LOTS OF FRUIT AND VEGGIES..0

1)woke up in time to make my lunch despite my late night beforehand
2)powered through my weights and cardio despite being tired and my shoulder killing me
3) hit my cal and protein goal for the day
4)made plans for the weekend that will keep me active!
