Alright folks, I'm recruiting for a weight loss army! Who's in??

Weigh-ins will be Mondays (keep us all in check over the weekend), if you have a different weigh-in date feel free to join us and just post your last weight on Mondays. On Tuesday Morning I'll post a graph showing everyone's progress. If you don't want to be on the chart that's just fine too, please just note that on your first "hello" to the group.

Set your own goals and let's motivate each other! We can do this!

    hmmmmm Mondays eh LOL guess I should give it a shot. I usually weigh on fridays. . . but you're right, that doesn't keep me accountable for the weekends ....

    I am stepping it up this week after a long stall at the same weight,.... here's hoping!

    I'd like to join! I've been on again/off again with MFP and I'd love to have a group to help keep me accountable! (I've been shooting for Monday weigh-ins as well... Yes, to keep me motivated over the weekend!) Looking forward to this!

    My current weight is 176.6

    My 1st goal is 170. That doesn't have to be by next monday does it??? It's just a person goal for whenever right?

    My final goal weight is 140.

    melbhall - Your goals are set for your own time frame. I don't have a time frame for my goal that I set personally, just as soon as possible.
