    After a really bad weekend I have a gain to report. Starting weight a week ago :199.8. Weight today 201.2.

    I suppose my mantra for this weigh-in is "at least it's down, at least it's down".

    Can't wait to see everyone's results for this week. I'll be putting up the graph tomorrow around the same time as my post today.

    I've decided to set little weekly goals for myself, feel free to join! This weeks goal is to do some stepping every night.

    Woot! Broke through into the 120s! My "normal" weight (post-college) is about 128, so I'm nearly there. 18 pounds gone total since January!

    Congrats April! That's fabulous!!

    Well, my very first weigh in for the group and I have a gain to report. I did not do well this weekend. I didn't have get out and do my C25K for some reason. Sunday was the worst I have been in a while.

    Luckily, I only had a 1 pound gain. I am now at 184. Need to step it up this week.

    My weight is stil the same, which is awesome considering I haven't been totally focused on losing.

    The only thing that got my lazy butt off the couch yesterday (for an admittedly slow run) was thinking about our group weigh in, awesome motivation!

  • Please count me in! My wedding is on 10/10/10 and I need to get in shape. I started working out in the middle of February but this past few week have been hard to get to the gym. I need some people to keep me motivated! Thanks

    opps I forgot to post. I didnt loose this week. I have been on a steriod since thurs (done now) so I didnt loose any...BUT I didnt gain any either!!! So Im happy :-)
