    Does a 0.1 drop even count as a measure?
    Going to turn things up this week. I've pretty much maintained the last month+, but I'm starting to get that sluggish feeling back so-gotta-go....

    Like I said above, not hardly a change in weight this week (guess that's both good and bad), let's see if I can change that for next week!

    Okay, so I weighed in again because I was horrified by my gain and guess what? I'm down to 172! I did lose, I was just hanging on to all that gross salt and alchohol. So if you haven't already completed the graph Jenn please use my new weight

    Thanks Much! It really feels good to know I can accomplish such a feat! I started running just 2 years ago, it certainly is a calorie burner!

    Well I’m sad to say that I have a bit of a gain but I honestly believe it is muscle because I’ve really been upping the strength training lately. I’ve started the 200 sit ups, 100 push ups and 200 squats programs, wowie do they work you!

    LW – 198.2
    CW – 198.8
    Water - average 10/day
    Fruit/veg - average 5/day
    Exercise - 225 (ouch, I need to step that back up!)

    Yes, love the new format. I totally always forget to log all that other stuff. So this may be silly, but how are you keeping track with how many servings of fruits and veggies you get per week. What exactly is 1 serving? Graph looks amazing Jenn!

    Great idea! I am one to not update all the info so this will be great and maybe more of a motivator to get the challenges met since we'll have to "show" our progress.

    I'm glad you guys like the new format idea.

    Don't worry about writing it everyday, just keep track and log it on Monday's with your weigh-in.

    I am back from a haitus. I have had some personal issues here...my husband left ( FINALLY) and i have been trying to get into the swing of things........

    But, I'm REALLY glad to mention that even though i stopped working out during that time and ate like a pig, i DIDN'T GAIN!!!! I'm still 135!

    So, i'm not exactly starting over but, I'm starting over KWIM??

    LW -135 (two weeks ago)
    CW -135
    Water -0 ( but will change)
    Exercise - 26 minutes ( so far)
    Fruits/Veg - 1 serving so far (today)

    yesterday i started measuring my portions and stored them in the appropriate containers...i'm set for a few days...and this week i just started eating salad again...i get the spinach salad mix already washed and ready to eat...it came with packet of raisins, sunflower seeds, and a deal of dressing...1 serving of that is 2 cups and only 170 calories...i do add additional things to it like mixed fruit one time...and yesterday i put 4 oz of rotisserie chicken in it @ only 170 calories and snack mix 1/4 cup is 200 calories it was quite crunchy and delicious

    welcome Jodie, we always welcome new ppl! Jenn is the one in charge. We weigh in on mondays and she posts a neato chart on tues! We also have weekly goals like...64 oz water/day, 6 servings of fruit/veggies/day, and atleast 210 min of exercise/week. Good luck with ur weight loss!!
