My quick options for workout mornings:

Brown toast w/ PB, fruit (apple, orange, blueberries, etc.)
    Yogurt, fruit
    Portioned cereal w/ almond milk

When I sleep in and have time to cook breakfast, I make some form of eggs (over easy or scrambled), some kind of meat (slice of ham, 2 strips of bacon, 2 sausages, etc.), and fruit, yogurt, or nuts. Sometimes I'll also toast 2 slices of brown bread without butter to dip in egg yolks or to slather with PB or Nutella. And I always have a cup of almond milk! :)

Two sachets of Oatsosimple Porridge with 180ml of skimmed milk, usually comes in around the 400 calorie mark and is filling enough to keep me going until lunch.
