I eat Pop Tarts and ice cream daily. I'm able to lose weight and/or maintain while doing this, without issue. My blood panels are absolutely great. Just wanted to share; you can eat what you want and hit your goals. Proceed to flame and hate. Thank you.

Until you put butter on them, you've got nothing. I forgot where I heard that, but I can't even imagine....I love frosted strawberry poptarts though!

I butter my PopTarts. Makes them less sweet.

I agree! I mostly eat cereal for breakfast, but if I do eat a pop tart, that would be the kind :)

Brown sugar cinnamon and B&J cannoli is the bomb!

And I still cannot find either of those pop tarts...it's annoying!

Oh, and I ate ice-cream every single day while cutting (pop tarts usually only at weekend though).

I'm not a huge fan of pop tarts but I eat ice cream a few times a week. I prefer cookies and brownies :flowerforyou:

sure there is room for poptarts and ice cream when you get to eat 4000 calories a day... if i ate just what you ate for snacks in a day there'd be barely anything left in my calorie allotment for the day for real food...

I miss the "original" chocolate chip poptart. I have not seen them in over 10 years.
