    I couldn't face Jillian this morning. Don't know why, but just couldn't. Worked on my abs myself instead. Hopefully I can face Jillian tomorrow.

    19 days down, 11 more to go! I am so so glad my husband is doing this with me. I'm not sure I would have made it this far without skipping any days if he wasn't! :love: He's the best. 11 days sure seems like a long ways away though. :ohwell: Tomorrow will be good. I have been weighing and measuring every 10 days, so it should be nice to post some progress reports tomorrow!

    Yey! Today is the day I start Level 3 properly! Going to do my shred when I get in from work at lunch time! Didn't do my shred yesterday as I didn't have time with going to the gym and pole dancing but I did do 2 shreds on Monday so in my head that makes up for it! :)

    Keep it up ladies! We are nearly there!!

    Well I went a bit mad this aft and after completing my Level 3 Shred I just wanted more! So I did Level 2 aswell!

    So far so good - a nice muscle ache that tells me I've had a good workout but I wonder how that will feel in the morning! Haha! Good job I don't have to workout until lunch time, can have a little rest before I tackle the Shred again! :)

    Finished day 20! Tried level 3, and OMG!!! Jumping...:noway: But, I did it! 10 days left!

    I am glad someone is on Level 3 with me! I am on day 25, but only day 4 of level 3. It is tough. I can't believe I am almost done with the 30-day shred!

    Yes I think I just might be!! Haha! I am trying to fit as much in as possible before Monday when I have to go for a minor hospital treatment (well they tell me its minor but I may not be able to exercise for a while afterwards and it is scaring me half to death!). I have done so well keeping up with the shred and feel like a let-down not to be able to finish it in one go :(

    Booo to hospitals!!

    Anyways! I intend to do my 2nd day of Level 3 today - those jumps are a nightmare!! The jumping squats confuse me as sometimes my legs don't switch at the same time! Lol. But battle on I will!! (Plus I just ate half a piece of cake and a mini donut so I'm feeling guilty! Might even guilt myself into some Level 2!)

    Keep it up ladies! We are doing so well - I can't believe it's nearly the end (I think I might just carry on though! Possibly FOREVER! Muwahahahaa ).

    Day 21! 9 more to go til vacation and a week long break before starting the shred again. I tried level 3 yesterday, mostly out of curiosity since I have only done level 2 maybe 3 times. It totally killed. I had been doing pretty much just level 1 except for those 3 days last week. I figured since level 1 is still so challenging, that it might be best to stick with it for my 1st shred. Then I got to thinking that every level is probably going to be challenging for a long long time, and I was getting bored. Then after doing level 3 (barely) I figured I should be moving on to level 2 at least! So that's what I did this morning. Pushed myself through level 2! And it is finally getting-well not easier-maybe a bit more reasonable? :wink: I think I will try level 2 for the next 9 days and on those days that I can squeeze in an extra shred, I can do level 1 or 3. Ok-sorry for the ramble!
    Keep it up ladies! We are almost there! Just a little over a week!

    Great! I know what you mean about those jumping lunges! killer. Also, the rock star jumps, I can barely get my legs up by that point in the workout!

    oh, and p1nkpr1ncess, be good to yourself! if you're having surgery your body needs rest, don't push yourself and hurt your recovery.

    Day 22 kinda sucked. I so did NOT wanna do it at all. But I dragged myself through level 2 whining all the way. 8 more to go... But for now, I am done and I WANT COFFEE!!!!

    welcome! Day 27 down! I felt a little sluggish today, maybe not enough water or the vodka last night. I can't believe I have done this every day for 27 days!
