Echo = not sexy. Ooohhh... dress size. You can't just pick one size and label it as sexy.

Ya'll should really get off her back. I love MFP, because for the most part it is a supportive environment. However I have noticed that message board threads on here can quickly turn into an attack on someone if they post something that you don't like. We all have the right to ask whatever we want....if you don't like the question, do not take the time to post. And folks also please stop acting as if you have never in your life...even for a moment.....sought outward validation or reassurance. Everyone has at some point so get off her back.

Go find someplace else to whine! Nobody's picking on anybody ... yet.

Varies for each girl but if I had to pick a size it would be "medium". "Sexy" is something that everyone is capable of and is not necessarily external but INTERNAL, I feel. With that being said, I probably have the "Sexiest" friend list on all of MFP.....just sayin

YAY!! i'm on his FL lol.. sexy beasts UNITE!!

Every woman/size is sexy (that is the only appropriate answer for these forums).

    De gustibus non est disputandum

You must be new to the internet. That most definitely does not hold here....

Your husband wins this debate. Any man that thinks his wife is hot and sexy wins all the prizes. If I were you, I'd accept his love and affection and not come onto the internet and ask random strangers to validate your belief that you aren't hot.

    I concur

I have to pick just one size? LOL My only rule is if I can't pick it up don't take it home. I'm sure it's pretty much the same for most guys. All the ones bragging about their deadlift numbers know what I'm talking about.

lmfao...... now THAT's a good rule !

This is a great question for Men OR Women as the answer would be the same... if you have confidence in yourself inside, outward, career wise etc. etc., you're the most beautiful person in the world!

I'll tell you what is not sexy....insecure women seeking validation from men.

Not seeking validation as much as I'm just taking a general poll....being stuck up is also not sexy! Get over yourself!

Was it the arrow pointing to myself as the size of sexy or my comment about insecure women that makes me stuck up? Or maybe a combination of both?

There was nothing stuck up about my comment. You come across as a women who cares too much about being visually appealing to men (the "MEN PLEASE!") in your title is what brought me to this judgement. My comment was my opinion which I rarely hold back..especially on thread asking for opinions and posted on a public forum.

OP if you knew anything about Dani, you would know that at the heart of her comments she's just saying that you have to believe in yourself and your own sexiness....

she's right you come off as a little desperate for validation.....not only by the title thread as Dani posted but also by how dismissive you were about your boyfriends opinion that you are the same shape as the dancer....and your worry about finding sexy lingerie for your party....

obviously your SO thinks you are sexy....and the sexiest people I know aren't the people that wear the sexiest things...its the people that walk like they KNOW they are the sexiest things....and those people have been all shapes and sizes...

    true story.

"Sexy" isn't determined by size... Society needs to stop with their constant objectification of both women and men, it's disgusting! Love people for who they are, not what they look like

I didn't see her post as seeking validation at all, I seen it more like a curiosity question following a conversation she had.

IMO you can not judge by sizes, any more than you can judge by weight, a skinny fat size 5 and a fit size 5 are worlds apart.

DH says I could be in porn (and he doesn't mean it literally, but he says there are a lot of body types like mine) -- he is attracted to bodies that are not stick thin, nor big. I have a booty -- enough to grab onto + boobies (thanks to breastfeeding)...

From his perspective, it's not attractive when a woman is super vain and he also doesn't like a ton of make-up.

I would be happy if I were you and he finds you attractive because that's a good thing. And I'm sure other guys surely find you attractive too.

I have always suffered from low self esteem and I do feel better about myself now that I'm working out -- I do still think people are kidding when they compliment me, so I'm trying to just be okay with myself and hold my head up high, but not too high. LOL!
