    Egg White Omelets:

    4 eggs whites
    1/2 cup chopped/diced chicken
    spinach
    light sprinkling of cheese
low sodium salsa (20 cals for 2 tbsp)
any other veggies you want or that will "fit"

    Light Sandwich:
turkey slices, flatbread/pita or light bread
lettuce, tomato, pickles, salsa or hot sauce
a little mustard for a kick

pair with grapefruit or other serving of fruit (small)

tilapia and brown rice with broccoli (i like mixing things, so i put all of this in the same bowl NOM NOM NOM)

Anyone can have 750 cal meals. My lunches are normally around 500-800 because they are my largest meals of the day. My breakfast is normally around 200-450 and dinner is always light, because Im usually not that hungry after lunch.

I dont think very many people eat 750 cals per meal, or if they do, their exercise cals make up for it. Its all about balance.

it's not really a meal but sometimes i eat a whole 450g tub of fat free yoghurt, 333 calories in total

it's a whole lot of sugar but better than a tub of ben & jerry's i guess?

4 oz of salmon (160 cal)
1/4 cup of brown rice (40 cal)
bunch of stir fried veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, etc...)

1/4 cup of rice is 4 tablespoons. How is that filling?

Thats nice that some people can enjoy 700 calorie meals but for some of us we only get 1370 calories per day so a 700 calorie meal is rarely in the cards

One of my fave meals is 320 calories

    Italian Flat Out
1/8 cup of pizza sauce on it
    42 grams of shredded cheese
    1 turkey sausage link
1 1/2 pieces of precooked turkey bacon
    8 slices of turkey pepperoni

Cook for 8 minutes on 350
    YUM!

    Thanks for starting this thread.

One I like is 1 cup of aspragus, 1 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup black beans and 6 oz shrimp, stir fried together with my favorite seasoning salt, Sneaky Salts. This is 318 but could reduce the shrimp a bit to get to 300.

not sure this is such a thing

^this. it takes 500 cals for me to feel it as a meal. otherwise it's just a snack or a meal replacement bar or shake.

This is slightly over 300, but I like to make Chicken Ceasar Wraps for lunch:

1 LaTortilla Factory High Fiber, Low Carb 80 Calorie Tortilla
1 small can of Tyson Canned Chicken Breast (or you can do 1/2 a can depending on size and that'll save you a few calories) - I think it's like 120 calories for the whole can
    Lots of Lettuce
Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese (about 20 cals)
1 - 2 TBS Light Caesar Dressing (about 120 cals)

Very filling and relatively low in calories as long as you don't go overboard on the dressing! It is a bit high in Sodium due to the canned chicken, but I drink a lot of water so I don't really care (and of course you could fix that by cooking your own chicken, but I don't really have time for that).

I do this, but I get a rotisserie chicken at Sams or the grocery store, and shred it up for use over the next few days. I take the skin off, and it's less sodium and more tasty than the canned stuff. :)

I've got a Betty Crocker book of 300 cal meals, but I tend to find the portions are tiny. I'm only on 1300 calories but I try to make my main meal nearer 600 or I wake up at night.

300 cal is a good lunch though - I like 2 slices of Vogel bread with 2 poached eggs (310 calories) or a home-made soup.
