Me 2 years ago roughly 5 days after having my son, I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy and went from a size 10 to a size 14
Me now, my son is 2 tomorrow and I'm smaller than I was before I got pregnant, still a way to go yet, I've just started lifting heavy

Here is mine. Started my journey January 1, 2011 323lbs. So far I've lost 140lbs and now weigh 183lbs. I would like to lose about 22lbs more but my main goal is to get down to 18% body fat :bigsmile:

My friend uploaded the after photo to Facebook today, and it's one of the first times I've been able to see an actual difference. Still about halfway to go, but it's nice to see hard work paying off.0 -

My "Starting Weight": 240
Current Weight: May 2013 - 236 (After 2 months of Weight training)

On the left is me at the end of January this year. I was 5'9" and 160lbs. On the right is me sometime this week and I am 139lbs now (sorry, dirty mirror)...
I'm most proud of the changes I have made to my stomach though. The one on the left is from February and the one on the right is from the end of April...

What did you do? You look amazing.
Almost a 3 year difference between photos. Concentrated just on lifting at first, not exactly optimally but I pup effort in. Hopped on IF last year around March and on it ever since, lost 2 stone in 4 months cutting. Switched to lean bulking and then learnt more about training and, probably more importantly, nutrition around September last year. Been making allll kiiiiinds of gains since0
