    OMG done! That was awesome; went ahead and did all 3/30 day challenges Squats,Crunches,Planks! 1 Day down, 29 to go! :)

    AWESOME!!


    Day 3 and still loving it! Feeling good and decided to add weights to my squates (yikes)! :)

    Ok. Couldn't pull up MFP yesterday from phone but I am up to date so far with crunches and squats! Except today! Doing them at lunch with my partner in crime!! :wink: :drinker:

    Today is Day 30 of my 30 day squat challenge, I thought I would go ahead and jump right in to another to keep momentum! Who is with me!

    Day 2.... 25 crunches

    Day 2: 55 squats/25 reverse crunches
    Day 3: 60 squats/30 reverse crunches
    Day 4: REST :smokin:
    Day 5: 70 squats/40 reverse crunches
    Day 6: 75 squats/45 reverse crunches

    I would say you can break them up...... just keep trying to do more each day.
