7 miles this morning takes me to 102 mtd. Made it with two days to spare. Maybe I should up next month to 120.0

I need to revise my numbers. The path I was running while on vacation was shorter that I thought. So here are my new numbers:
July 1 - July 8 -- 11.5 miles
July 9 - July 15 -- 12.5 miles
July 16 - July 22 -- 12.5 miles
July 23 - July 29 -- 12.75
Month to date: 49.25.
I'm looking forward to finishing over my goal for the month. Will we do this again next month? If so, I"m in for another 50 miles.
Thanks to all for your support and for tracking this challenge.0 -

Alright... week 4 complete. Another really good week. It was a cut back week in distance in my HM training program, but I had four really good runs - the first three on the hilly area around my house and this morning's run on a flatter (though not flat) course in a local nature preserve... today was supposed to be 6 miles, but I extended it to a bit more than a full 10k.
7/25: 4.0 miles
7/26: 5.0 miles
7/27: 4.1 miles
7/29: 6.4 miles (10k split was my fastest 10K by three and a half minutes - 68:38!)
Week 1 Total: 29.8 miles
Week 2 Total: 23.2 miles
Week 3 Total: 23.8 miles
Week 4 Total: 19.5 miles
Month to date: 96.3 of 100 miles.
I have my last 4 mile run of the month scheduled for Tuesday morning - just going to squeak by for my 100 mile goal.
I have my first 10 mile race next saturday... that will get me off to a good start for the August 100 mile goal!

-- Cross posted in August Thread ---
Just noticed that end of August will denote a FULL year of the miles challenge, and after September it will be a year running a spreadsheet. Time flies, several members have been off and on since the very beginning as well (thanks guys!!!!) it really has been a great ride!
I don't think I would be at my current fitness level if it was not for these thread. I FEEL GREAT, really, I am at the best fitness of my life  and I am almost fifty. never felt better [for me the spreadsheet makes me more accountable, and seing everyone else's progress inspires and motivates me tremendously]
THANKS YOU *ALL* so much!

Well, this is going to be a bit complicated. Ran a total of 6.58 miles today, but not all consecutively.
5.6 mile run in 60:01, Avg Pace 10:44, Splits 10:37 - 10:38 - 10:52 - 10:45 - 10:45 - last 0.6 miles in 6:24 (a 10:40 pace), 91F, DP 76, Feels Like 102F, Sunny, Slight Breeze
Plan had been to do 8 miles, but I started out too fast by 30-45 seconds per mile. Between that and the heat/humidity, I had to stop running at 5.6 miles. I walked for 0.4 miles then...
0.5 mile run in 5:37...then walked 0.5 miles and then...
I did 3x60 step sprints and walked in between...then ran 0.25 miles in 2:46 then walked 0.25 miles then did 2x60 step sprints with a walk inbetween.
Anyway...I'm tired.
This Week: 33.8 miles
MTD: 124.20 -
