As of today I've lost exactly 10 pounds since joining MFP. So stoked!
Lost 2.8 pounds since the start of this challenge. Don't think I'll make it to 5 by the end of July but still happy to see progress!

Those months were really slow for me, and ended up being up one for July. So I'm right there with you - let's keep each other motivated! As we get closer to final goal, it is harder to get the weight to drop, but that's no reason to not try.0 -
