    Late weigh in as I spent the weekend with family. Ok so pretty much 4 lbs lost this month, which is fine, its close enough for me as I was sick at the beginning.

    Didn't lose anything these past few days so that keeps my final weigh-in at 124.2. Very happy with that. Bring on August so I can get out of the 120s hopefully!

    I went up 3 lbs. Too many holiday cookouts! Gotta get back on track for next week.

    As of today I've lost exactly 10 pounds since joining MFP. So stoked! :D

    Lost 2.8 pounds since the start of this challenge. Don't think I'll make it to 5 by the end of July but still happy to see progress! :)

    I didn't think I would do it after seeing the gain a few weeks ago. Can't believe that I came back from that and ended the month on track. Thanks for the challenge, I think it is the reason I didn't give up!!!! I haven't been in the 140's since I left the military in 2008.

    Those months were really slow for me, and ended up being up one for July. So I'm right there with you - let's keep each other motivated! As we get closer to final goal, it is harder to get the weight to drop, but that's no reason to not try.

    I can make excuses, like I am sick, working out harder for more muscles, getting close to my goal weight so it is harder.... but this would not get me to my goal. Time to focus up, friends!
