Well, lets see..
Breakfast: 1 packet of Instant Cream of Wheat
1/4 cup Skim Milk
2 packets of splenda
1.5 cup of coffee, 1/4 cup skim milk, 2 packets of splenda
Lunch: 1 can of Progresso Harvest Hearty tomato soup
30 g of gold fish crackers
1 oz of 2% Sharp Cheese
Dinner: NOT SURE YET
Snack: 1 medium banana
25 Thin Pretzel sticks

Breakfast----Flax muffin and 1 scramble egg coffee/
Lunch
turkey sandwich Tea.
snack ----orange
dinner--- Roast turkey, corn., salad
bed time snack ---Firber one Key lime yougurt0 -
Brekky;
Porridge made water and 100ml ss milk, banana and cinnamon
1 piece wholemeal toast 1 tsp marmalade
small glass of OJ
Lunch:
Baked spud with sour cream, cheese and chives
Dinner:
Steak and mushroom goulash
Rhubard muller light yoghurt
Snacks:
1 homemade banana oat muffin
1 truffle (I blame the husband!)
Exercise:
Trudging through mountains of snow to take and pick up my daughter from nursery!!
Total : 1584kcal (i'm aiming at 1500kcal per day (BMR) )

Breakfast: 1/3 c of quick oats, 1tbps of ground flax, 2tbsp of wheat bran, 1/2 c. of blueberries, 1/4 c. of 1% milk; 250mL of 100% pure OJ and a multivitamin
Snack: 15 raw almonds
Lunch: 1c of homemade veggie & bean chili; 1 low-fat mozerrella cheese string
Snack: 1c. of steamed edamame
Dinner: 5 ounces of pork tenderloin, 1 c. of roasted brocolli, 3/4 c of brown rice w/ soya sauce
Exercise: 50 min. of spin and 15 min of abs0 -
Breakfast: smoked salmon on a whole grain tortilla with spinach & lite cream cheese
Lunch: Turkey pita with lots of veggies and mustard
Dinner: Salmon filet with steamed broccoli
Snack: cottage cheese and a clemintine0 -
Today:
Breakfast - last slice of orange supreme bread with some PB spread on it
Snack - Oatmeal with cinnamon and 1tsp of sugar
Lunch - Home made sweet potato and black bean chili
Dinner - Still not decided, most likely a veggie burger on whole wheat bun
I need to add some snacks that won't add any sodium. Hmmmm.0 -

Lunch: 2 cantaloupe wedges, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 hard boiled egg
Dinner: (7) Ling Ling Chicken and Vegetable potstickers

Breakfast: 1 1/2 turkey sausage links, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of whole wheat toast w/5 sprays of Can't Believe It's Not Butter
A.M. Snack: 1 Tbsp Simply Jiff Peanut butter, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, 14 apple slices
Lunch: 1 cup of red grapes, 1 cup of Campbell's chicken tortilla soup, 3 cups of homemade spinach salad (cucumber, tomato, green/red peppers, sprinkle of fat free shredded cheese) w/2 Tbsp of fat free italian dressing
P.M. Snack: light and fit vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of natural granola fruit and nut
Dinner: 1 cup of steamed broccoli, 1 cup of brown rice, 6 oz of homemade garlic shrimp (shrimp sauteed in a little of can't believe it's not butter, minced garlic, onion and celery)

Lunch:smooched: Egg & diced turkey cooked in a cup[ !/2 c. southwestern egg beater, 1/4 c chopped turkey, 1 sl pepper jack cheese cut in small piece S & P stir and cooked in a large cup in Microwave for about 3 mintes Serve with light sour cream on top. 1 flax muffin

Dinner: 3 oz. ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, 2 tbs. salsa, la tortilla wrap, 3/4 cup saffron rice, a few tortilla chips (what's left in the crumbles of the bag and what's left of the cheese dip) The chips and dip were from a dinner party with the girls!0 -

Good morning.
Breakfast: 1 large egg white, 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of bacon and coffee with some creamer and sugar.
Lunch: 1 grilled cheese sandwich and a can of soup.
Dinner: Not sure yet. My husband is out of town this weekend so it is just my son and I.0
