Week 3: Goal 3800 - last week I had a tough time making my goal, so I will keep it the same as last weeks.
Mon: 1523 calories (9 mile hill run @ 13:27 pace + .75 mi walk & cool down)
Tues: 250 calories (20 min pace walk with my son)
Wed: 1118 calories (6 mi run @ 10:59 pace + 2.95 mi walk)

I am very interested in this type of accountability. I typically do not log anything usual. Such as cooking cleaning, As I see that is what I do daily. Now what I do log is what is exceptional. Such as working out, running, swimming, lawn mowing!

I was short last week. Hope to get it in this week. Friend wants to hit the pool at the ol' YMCA so I'll be mixing in that as well.
