    Good morning.

    Breakfast (6:00am): 4oz. Cranberry-Grape Juice and a Dannon Activia

    Snack (9:00am): Peaches & Cream oatmeal

    Lunch (12:00pm): Healthy Choice meal and an orange

    Snack (3:00pm): Apple

    Dinner (6:00pm): I am making chicken friend venison for my husband and son. Not sure what I am making for me yet.

    Breakfast----Banana flax muffin. coffee

    Lunch----Hamburger with thin sandwich buns. lettuce, tomatoes onion and pickles Diet Pepsi

    Supper---bowl of homemade soup. flax muffin tea

    Snacks---- fruit and veggies thu out the day.

    Breakfast: Coffee,plain yogurt w/ granola

    Lunch: Salad w/ cranberries,chick peas,beets and salsa

    Dinner: Fish tacos

    Dessert: Brownie made w/ applesauce instead of oil

    Dinner - Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps with water chestnut and red pepper, brown rice

    B - 1/2 C Honey Chex w/ 1/2 C fat free milk

    L - Brown Rice Tortilla (I can't have wheat) with turkey, mustard and reduced fat swiss. One half small cucumber with light balsamic vinagrette dressing.

    D - chicken breast with salsa, black beans and avocado.

    Snacks - hard boiled egg, mixed nuts, fiber one yogurt

  • breakfast: 1/2 cup TJ's fat free greek yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/3 cup TJ' s Simply Almonds, Cashews and Cranberries Trek Mix Granola
    Lunch: (just ate!) Multi-grain FlatOut wrap with 1 oz. goat cheese, 2 oz. Boar's Head deluxe roast beef, 1 tsp. capers, slightly warmed, and 2 celery stalks.
    4 pm snack: Thomas lite english muffin, toasted with 1 T. Nutella
    dinner: 3 oz Turkey Kielbasa, Rice a Roni Shells and White Cheddar (1/2 cup) roasted green beans, green salad with homemade low fat viniagrette.

    Hello everyone!!

    Breakfast: 1 cup honey bunches of oats with pecans and 1/2 cup 2% milk

    Lunch: Asian crunch salad: lettuce, carrots, shredded cabbage, peanuts, crispy wonton strips, shredded chicken, all in a toasted sesame dressing. It was huge and filling!

    Dinner: 4 mini chicken tenders (not breaded) with 1 tbs. buffalo sauce, 1 regular yukon gold potato, whipped butter, light sour cream, sauteed mushrooms and zucchini :love: I got the baby portobello mushrooms and they are amazinggggg

    Snack: maybe a few dark chocolate chips or a few bites of vanilla ice cream

    Lunch- 2 ribs and grapefruit
    Snack- yogurt w/ walnuts and honey

    Lunch-
    Trader Joe's Thai Style White Meat Chicken Wrap

    Snack- Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
    Raw Vegetables- Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Pea Pods, Carrots & Celery
    Dill/Herb Dip made with Lowfat Sourn Cream

    Supper- Homemade 12 Bean Soup
    Romaine salad with Tomatoes, Cucumbers & Green Peppers
    Fat Free Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Today - Tuesday

    Breakfast - Vanilla Yogurt with Granola, Green Tea
    Snack - Banana

    Oh yes it was. :laugh: So delish! I have left overs today! I made them with organic black beans, added a little garlic and cayanne pepper. put sliced avocado with dash of lime juice and black pepper on top and finished with a TBS of salsa. Its good just by itself or over the chicken.

    B- 1/2 C Honey Chex with 1/2 C ff milk, coffee

    L- Turkey breast sandwich with left over black beans, avocado and salsa

    D- don't really know yet??

    Snacks- Hard boiled egg, yogurt

    Not much of a change from yesterday but hey, its good! :wink:

    Oh yum yum yum! I love Chicken Chili!!!! I might have to make some tonight since I have a ton of left over chicken!!

    AM Snack: Strawberry & Banana protein shake

    Lunch: 4 oz baked Tilapia & 1 cup of broccoli

    PM Snack: 1 medium pear

    Dinner: Shrimp Jalisco (Spanish rice, shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower and melted cheese on the side) w/Mexican tortilla chiips.

    Hey I am running late. Been to the doctor and he gave me a cortizone shot.and told me to eat light on the carbs. so My blood sugar would no rise too high. I was having terrible pains in my hips and legs. He said it would take a few days to take effect. I hope so for it is so painful to try to walk.

    Breakfast:heart: egg and cheese cook in a mug in a coffee cup . an orange coffee

    Lunch :heart: bowl of homemade beef and veggies coffee

    Dinner :heart: another bow of soup and diet pepsi cola,

    Snack :heart: greek yogurt

    Lunch - 4 oz. BBQ chicken, light caesar salad (no croutons, no cheese), a Pear

    Dinner - 3 Eggs, 3 slices of Bacon, 1/2 c. Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 5 Strawberries

    Snacks - a Banana, 1 c. Canteloupe, 100-calorie pack, Reduced-Fat String Cheese

    Workout - WATP 1 mile (15-minute mile)
  • Hello friends! Today was a good day! Finished my day under 1200 calories! Woot woot!

    Breakfast (10:00am): 3/4 c Honey Nut Cherios; 1/2 c Skim Milk; One 60 Calorie Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding Cup....YUM!!

    Lunch (1:00pm): Special K Bar - Strawberry; 12 oz can of Caffeine Free Pepsi

    Dinner (6:00pm): 2 Jennie-O Turkey Franks on Light Wheat Bread Slices w/ Ketchup, Yellow Mustard and Sweet Relish. VERY filling and low calories...only 289 calories.

    I have had these shots in my back a couple of times and it really hurts for the first few days after getting the shot and then you should feel better than you have in a really long time. Hang in there it will get better with time. Watch those carbs they can be mean to you when it comes to your sugar.

    Cardio and "Butt and Gut" class at lunch today. Post workout treat: Mini Peanut Butter Cup (60 cals)

    Snack (8.30am): 1 package of oatmeal

    Lunch (12:00pm): 1 cup of lettuce with 3oz. of steak chopped up and put on top with one hard boiled egg and one tablespoon of Ranch dressing. And one orange on the side. YUM

    Snack (2:00pm): Apple

    Dinner: not sure yet.

    Thanks Butterfly. I had a good night sleep and could moved around in bed better and easier getting out of bed but still hurt to walk. But better so far today.. well time to go get shower to go for a MRI. Have a womderful day.
