    Made my 10 pound goal for July 13th!! Got into my skinny jeans!!
    Starting July 16th, my next goal is 7 pounds down by the end of August; 450 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day.
    Seven weeks...seven pounds...490,000 total steps...what fun!
    Didn't meet my goal the first week...must have a 'moving to a new house hangover!!' Couldn't do anything except look at all the boxes to be unpacked. The first week in August will be different.

    I'm in! I like these challenges, joining week 3.

    Week # 3 -- August 13th -- Goal 180 minutes:

    Mon:35 minutes be fit in 90 workout day 4
    Tue: 20 minutes - shape booty lift cardio workout
    Wed: 25 minutes - be fit in 90 workout day 5
    Thur: 30 minutes - be fit in 90 workout day 7 (day 6 is a built in rest day)
    Fri: no exercise - did go bowling though
    Sat: 45 minutes - elliptical trainer
    Sun: 20 minutes - shape booty lift cardio workout

    So close! 175/180 minutes. But hey - I was active most days of the week, right?
