Lunch- 1 plain chobani greek yogurt and 1 plain yogurt with walnuts and honey
Dinner- beef and beans, broccoli

Breakfast-Go Lean Kashi Honey and Cinnamon Oatmeal made with water, and blueberries (10), coffee
Lunch-Activia Light key lime yogurt, rice cake and 2 TBSP peanut butter
Dinner-chicken, roasted veggies

Going to try and resist the glass of wine tonight, since I've started this diet its been giving my headaches at night.0 -

Hey all! Looks like a carb-alicious day for me! hehe
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit w/ 1/2 packet Truvia
Lunch: homemade tuna salad with albacore tuna, sweet relish, light mayo, 1/2 boiled egg, and onions; lettuce, on an English muffin, light chips
Snack: Yoplait thick and creamy light strawberry with some Bear Naked Fit granola sprinkled in, 1 medium granny smith apple with fat free caramel dip, 4 cups coffee
Dinner: 1 cup wild mushroom agnolotti, Newman's fire-roasted tomato sauce, 1 ciabatta roll, 2/3 cup broccoli and cheese steamers, some sauteed mushrooms for the pasta0 -
Breakfast: 2 slices of wholgrain bread. 1 slice of cheese. Pear.
Lunch: Pitta bread,salsa, peppers. Banana.
Dinner: wholegrain bread, lettuce, beetroot, meal replacement shake.
snacks: cookie crisp cereal.
Total: 1200 cals0 -

Thank you for the warm welcome Calliecat, I need all the help I can get. I'm just starting to count calories and slowly adding exercise and hearing others meals I think will help me try to control my eating a little better.0

It is very important to keep your food chart up. to keep up with your calories. And plent of water and veggies. Also your exercise
