This sounds great!!! Last time I was working on my plank, I was able to get to 1 minute in just a few days. Time to pull out those pinterest workouts! :happy:0

ok, so I've NEVER planked before. I would love to build some core strenght and this seems like the way to do that. I'm almost willing to accept this challenge even tho i've never done one, as long as someone tells me the "correct" way to plank. was counts as a real plank? lol thanks.

There is also a variation to do it on your elbows if you, like me, have arthritic hands. Just put your elbows where the hands are shown to be, keeping focus in the same spot.
Side plank is entirely different and probably covered on the site somewhere.

Count me in! I can hold my plank for around 45 seconds, but can do it multiple times. I am going to push to see exactly how LITTLE planks I can do and reach 60 minutes!0
