I see that some of you eat pumpkin quite a bit. I've never tried anything with pumpkin other than pie! But I'm willing to try it. I don't like cottage cheese - but I also see you eating it with yogurt. Do you use plain or vanilla yogurt? Half yogurt, half pumpkin? Any other ideas? Also I've never tried ricotta other than in lasagna, but I see you guys eating that, too. What can I do with ricotta? I am looking forward to trying these new foods!0
