Week # 1 -- September 3rd -- Goal 400 minutes: Adding in my steps as well. Goal over 10 000 a day. Total 100 000 a week.
Mon: 30 minute bike riding 20 minute 30DS (not sure if this counts as cardio?) 20 minute kickboxing and 60 minute walking at about 3mph. steps: 13454
Tue: 45 minute walk, 20 minute 30DS, 20 minute kicking and 40 minute cleaning (including vacuuming) steps: 25 486
