Yummm...I just made one with 1 scoop of shakeology (chocolate), 2 tbsp PB2, water-cooked it for 90 sec, stirring midway and topped it with 2 tbsp fat free cool whip. Wow.
220 cal, 22 g protein, 7 g fiber 3g fat
FOR A BROWNIE
I'm glad you posted your version. I was going to ask is the PB for flavour or a necessary binding ingredient b/c if only for flavour, I'll use PB2 or perhaps I will try this with just my protein powder as it is chocolate peanut butter flabour (Body Fortress, 130cal). Hmmmm.0 -

update.. I could not get past the rubber like texture..
so today... I made cake cookies.
Quaker makes an oatmeal called Real Medleys.. flavor I used was Cherry Pistachio. I cooked as directed..
In another bowl I added 3.5 TBS water to 1 scoop cinnabon trutein powder mixed till creamy
Combined the two main ing.
oven (350*) or stove top you choose..
lightly spray cooking surface with prefered choice oil..( I used ICBINB spray ~5 on surface 1 spray each cake drop)
Drop desired amt onto non stick lightly greased surface and cook til golden brown.
Let me say .. this was most excellent. Consistancy was like that of French toast

What you need:
Protein Powder (I prefer chocolate)
Peanut Butter (I choose natural with no added sugar)
optional: Stevia
Water
Directions:
Put 1 scoop of protein powder in a small bowl and add 1-2TABLE spoons of water, mix until it looks like pancake batter.
Once it looks like pancake batter, add 1/2 TABLE spoon of peanutt butter; mix all the way through.
Optional: add stevia
Microwave for 30 seconds
Enjoy
